What you receive and which apps are included
You receive account credentials, not a licence key. In other words, you are buying an account, which you activate by signing in on Microsoft's site at login.microsoftonline.com.
The account is a Microsoft work account, the type stored in Microsoft Entra ID. It is created and managed through LicenceHouse. It is valid for installing the Office 365 applications, which are updated directly by Microsoft.

Important account rules
Two rules matter more than anything else on this page. Read them before your first sign-in.
- The account email cannot be changed. It is a work account in an organisation managed through the store, so the address is set for you.
- The password cannot be recovered. If you forget it, you lose the account. Save it in a password manager straight after first sign-in.
The cause is simple: a work account has no personal recovery email or phone attached. As a result, the normal "Forgot password" route does not help you.

- Mac running one of the three most recent macOS versions.
- Current Android, iOS or iPadOS for the mobile apps.
- Internet access for the first sign-in, downloads and regular licence checks.
How to sign in, install and activate
- Open the delivery email and copy the account email and password exactly.
- Go to login.microsoftonline.com and sign in. The account activates at this first sign-in.
- If Microsoft asks you to set a new password, choose one and save it immediately.
- From the Microsoft 365 home page, choose Install apps. The Click-to-Run installer downloads Office from Microsoft's official servers.
- Open any Office app and sign in with the same account. Repeat on up to 5 devices.
- If sign-in is refused, do not reset anything. Contact LicenceHouse support with your order number and a screenshot.

Is Office 365 Pro Plus a licence key or an account?
It is an account. You receive an email address and password, not a 25-character product key. You sign in on Microsoft's login page, and the account activates at that first sign-in. Office then installs and updates directly from Microsoft, as with any Microsoft 365 work account.
How do I sign in to my Office 365 Pro Plus account?
Go to login.microsoftonline.com and enter the account email from your delivery message. Then enter the password exactly as supplied. If Microsoft asks for a new password, set one and save it. After that, choose Install apps from the home page to download Office.
What happens if I forget the password or sign-in fails?
A forgotten password cannot be recovered, and the account is then lost, so store it safely. If sign-in fails with the original details, check for typing errors and extra spaces first. Then contact LicenceHouse support with your order number and a screenshot of the error message.
Can I pay once for Office 365 instead of a subscription?
