What happens after the one-year subscription?
After one year, McAfee stops updating your protection and the paid features end. LicenceHouse does not charge you again or renew automatically. To continue, buy a new code before the expiry date and redeem it in the same McAfee account. The new year is usually added to your existing subscription.
Can I install McAfee Total Protection on two devices?
No. This listing covers one device for one year. You can choose a Windows PC, Mac, Android phone or iPhone. If you install it on a second device, McAfee will ask you to free up a place first. For more devices, buy additional codes or check the antivirus collection.
How do I move McAfee to a new computer?
Uninstall McAfee from the old computer, or remove it from the device list in My Account. Then sign in to My Account on the new computer and download the app from there. Your remaining subscription time stays the same, because it belongs to your account.
